Micromanía was one of the first European magazines dedicated exclusively to video games.
In its second phase, which began in June 1988, the publication format changed to newspaper-sized.
In February 1995, a third phase began, returning to the magazine format.
In each of the three phases, Micromanía has restarted its numbering.
